Brand new customer, already blown away with the fantastic level of customer service! This afternoon, I learned that our former IT guys went to some lengths to try to sabotage us (yes, like a couple of bitter ex-girfriends). I gave Concept Technology a call in hopes they could fix my problem. They took care of business! Even though it was a Friday afternoon and this problem sent me into a minor binge drinking episode, Concept Technology took care of everything with ease. The Tech Guy, Shane, could not have been more friendly, accommodating, and effective. He fixed everything, and even stayed at work a couple of extra hours (on a freaking Friday night!) to take care of our issues. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED!!! Thank you for everything!!!
