Thank you for registering for Freedom Festival 2022!

We are officially counting down the days until Freedom Festival on July 3rd!

Here are a few reminders regarding set up for the festival:

- The event is in Drakes Creek Park in Hendersonville, TN. We will have volunteers ready to guide you to the correct location and to your vendor spot beginning at 1:00pm. We do not have extra equipment or supplies to lend for any reason, so please remember to bring extensions cords, scissors, zip ties, tape, table, chairs, TENT, etc. needed to set up and keep your booth running smoothly. Please pass this information on to anyone who will be involved in the set up or running of your booth at any time during the event.

- Set up begins at 1:00 and ends at 3:30. All vehicles must be out of the vendor area by 3:30pm. After 3:30pm the Hendersonville Police Department will be locating the owners and requesting you to move them or towing them if they are still in the parking lot.

- For the safety of others, after 3:30pm NO Vehicles will be allowed into or out of the vendor area!!! If you are having several people helping you set up or drop something off, they must be in by 3:30 pm and cannot leave until 10:00 pm.

- Break down begins at 10:00pm. NO Vehicles are allowed back into or out of the park until 10:00pm. The Hendersonville Police Department will be patrolling and not allowing vehicles in!

- The Vendor portion of the event starts at 5pm, Live Music is from 6-9pm - but please be advised, many people begin to arrive as early as 4:00pm.

- IMPORTANT- All Food Vendors must have been cleared and approved by the Fire Marshall. If you have not spoken to them, please call me immediately.

- All electric, water, and generator rental use must be pre-coordinated in advance.

- Food vendors use back entrance for restocking. If you are a new food vendor, please ask a volunteer and they can show you exactly where you will need to go to restock your supplies.

- If you have not sent me your certificate of liability, please do so.

- This is a rain or shine event. Should the event be cancelled due to an Act of God, the rental fee is nonrefundable.

Reminder on Rules and Regulations:

- NO water, water or glow products can be given away from your booth. This is limited to sponsors and food/strolling vendors only.

**These rules will be strictly monitored to protect food/strolling vendors.
