Event Description: Please join young professionals as we network and hear from Tim McMullen, founder, CEO and Executive Creative Director of redpepper. He will be speaking on Personal growth with intention: maximizing the value of you and your team. So often in corporate environments, we dull our unique attributes to better fit into a team environment. This talk will help you sharpen your unique value as an individual while also learning how to showcase your strength and passions in a way that pushes forward the entire team. We’ll talk strategies for discovering and maintaining your unique value, and share anecdotes and examples of how this works in the context of a team. Tim's Bio: Tim McMullen is founder, CEO and Executive Creative Director of redpepper, a Nashville-based integrated ad agency that produces innovative creative solutions for brands like Slack, Verizon, Mars Petcare, Claire’s and Bridgestone. Tim currently speaks nationally on two topics he knows best: company culture and integrated marketing. He was also named the 2010 Agency Marketer of the Year by the American Marketing Association Nashville chapter and is a past president of the American Advertising Federation Nashville.
