Event Description: The Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Barnes & Noble Booksellers, is thrilled to give you, our members, the first opportunity to see Lee Greenwood at the October 6th luncheon to be held at Long Hollow Baptist Church from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Lee Greenwood, an ICON in country music, will be joining area 5th graders from Hendersonville Schools and students from The Goddard School of Hendersonville to talk about his new children's book, "Proud To Be An American". This patriotic event will also include area first responders; our men and women in blue and red, emergency medical services and our military. The event is in partnership with Barnes & Nobel Booksellers, and is presented by The Goddard School of Hendersonville; Major sponsors: Wholesale, Inc. & Halo Realty; Main sponsors: Just for Kids Teeth, Re/Max Choice Properties, TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center, Orgain Family Vision, Pinnacle Financial Partners, STR, Volunteer State Bank, Bone McAllester Norton, Shane's Rib Shack, Insp!re Resource Group, Huntington Learning Center; and Chamber Connect Partners: Simmons Bank, Goodpasture Christian School, Olympian Construction Company, One Stop Realty & TNHomeSites.com, and Bluegrass Yacht & Country Club . Make plans to join dozens of Sumner County men and women in blue and red, EMS, and military. Reservations are required. Price for members is $20, non-Members can reserve for $25. There is a "spectator" only fee of $10, however registration is still required. Due to preparation for this special event - absolutely no reservations will be taken after Friday, October 2nd. If you are an upper tiered level member, please call the Chamber to reserve, otherwise be sure to enter your member username & password to receive member pricing.
