Event Description: This month's luncheon is sponsored by TNHomeSites so be sure to join us beginning at 11:00am for registration and networking. Our program will begin at noon with Dr. Mark Green presenting Leadership Lessons Learned in Combat. Mark has served as the CEO of Align MD since its founding in June, 2009. Mark led the company from one emergency department to emergency departments in five states, and expansion into hospitalist management. Before founding Align MD, Mark served as the Medical Director of several different emergency departments as well as a hospital vice chief of staff. From 2002 - 2006 Mark served as an army special operations emergency physician and flight surgeon, where he participated in some of Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom's most covert operations. Prior to army medicine, Mark served as an infantry officer and army ranger, commanding a company in the famed 82nd Airborne Division. In addition to his medical degree from Wright State University, Dr. Green has a quantitative management degree from West Point, and a master's certificate in information systems from the University of Southern California.
