Because other customers were late, I get a text message at 2:30 saying that I will have to reschedule MY appointment because of others being late. On top of that they tried to call at 1:00 to see if I could come in earlier and obviously on a Saturday I'm not glued to my phone so I don't get the message and they try to put the blame on me that because I didn't answer they took me off. Can I remind you that appointment was scheduled for 4:00, not 1:00. This is terrible business, I wasn't offered anything to fix the problem and they j us lost a very good customer. Can not believe the rudeness.

Amazing!! I had a facial last weekend at Carmen's Day Spa! Not only was I treated like family, very relaxed, comfortable and spoiled. The service was great, every step Ms Carmen took she explain the process and what it was for. She continued to check on me and make certain I was comfortable during the facial. Afterwards I had a very relaxing pedicure and treated like a queen! Highly recommend Carmen's Day Spa!! I will be returning!

I was here for the first time last week and Carmen gave me a fantastic 90 minute facial! She was super sweet and explained everything wonderfully. I have super dry skin in the Winter and I felt great after my facial. My face still needs a lot of extra love to get it nice and hydrated but I'm so glad I came to see Carmen. The spa is beautiful inside and you don't expect to see such an adorable place on Walton Ferry. Highly recommend it and I've already scheduled a 90 minute massage for next week! :)

Carmen's Day Spa is one of the most relaxing places I've ever been full of some of the sweetest people you will ever meet! You'll have peace of mind knowing that whatever service you choose to have, you will be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism all while they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend going there for all of your spa needs!

She uses a high-end, organic wax..no break outs! Just go. You'll be impressed. I've been to spas all over the country. Their attention to detail and follow up is worth mentioning.
