About us
Steve, our founder, dominated the fitness market in Los Angeles for over two decades. His experience involved training, class coordinating, and gym design to some of the most affluent properties in Beverly Hills. He is taking that expertise and expanding to Nashville - now including yoga, dance & HIIT classes - customized specifically to each location. TFS has high expectations in terms of work ethic, punctuality, knowledge, energy, cleanliness, etc - and our team is heads and shoulders above every other fitness professional in the city. We will offer private 1:1 (in person, and virtual), private group sessions, and classes at our various locations. We are certified, insured, and professional.
