About us

The Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce is Sumner County’s largest Chamber, representing the interests of its 800+ member businesses and 8,730 member employees throughout the area. The Chamber's talented, professional staff works with hundreds of engaged member companies, volunteers and partners in an effort to create and sustain a dynamic Hendersonville. In addition to helping advance member businesses, the Hendersonville Chamber works in partnership with other chambers in the Nashville region in pursuit of success in today’s global economy. The Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce sets the standard for excellence in membership services, community alliances and business growth and development within the Hendersonville area. We connect business with customers, suppliers and important community issues, advocate for our broad and diverse members to create a climate of growth, promote business through a variety of marketing activities to the community and member to member, and support members through education, recognition and business assistance. Mission Statement - To be the premier organization for the connection, advocacy, promotion and support of business in the Hendersonville Area.   • News for Immediate Release   Contact: Kathleen Hawkins 615-824-2818 Chamber Announces New Board of Directors Hendersonville, Tennessee – March 28, 2024 - The Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce our 2024-2026 Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.   Joining the board for the first time, are the following individuals: Patrick Basile with P&C Insurance Tommy Decker with Wilson Bank and Trust Kyle Dunn with Wold Architects and Engineers Trish Holliday with Holliday Kenning, Inc. Beth Pickel with Benefirst Solutions Bruce Raley with First Baptist Church of Hendersonville Taylor Sawyer TriStar Medical William Styles Country Financial Greg Yandall Ace Hardware We would like to thank our sustaining board members for their continued service. The incoming Executive Committee Members will be selected and announced once, the new slate of members has been confirmed and announced. If you have served on the board for a minimum of one year and would like to be considered for a Vice Chair role, please contact the Chamber for consideration by our incoming 2024-2025 Executive Committee Chair, The Fran Marcou Team powered by RE/MAX Choice Properties   Our Board members represent a broad cross-section of the business and professional leadership of the community. We thank them for their willingness to serve the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce and our community.   Founded in 1970, the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce is the community’s premier advocate and champion for business. Its primary objective is to create a climate of growth and success in the Hendersonville Area by being the premier organization for the connection, advocacy, promotion, and support of local business. By leveraging the support, talent and resources of its diverse businesses and members, the Hendersonville Area Chamber is one of the leading organizations helping to improve the economic vitality and quality of life for everyone. Current active membership stands at approximately 1600.                                           ###  

  • On behalf of the Hendersonville Chamber, the City of Hendersonville, and the Hendersonville Parks Department, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the Hendersonville Rising Volunteers, Sponsors, Donors and Event attendees. We are incredibly grateful for your generosity and willingness to be a part of such an important cause. I am thrilled to share that, with your help, we were able to raise over $120,000 at the event plus $12,500 in gift cards to distribute compliments of Cafe 393 on Main and Slim Chickens We are still accepting donations. Your contribution will directly benefit the businesses and parks impacted by the December tornadoes and it will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
