Monk's Road and Rattle & Snap

It is here, along the rutted country lane to the old homeplace, where we now forge a new road at Log Still Distillery. To christen the journey, allow us to introduce Monk’s Road. The Fifth District line of Monk’s Road Bourbons is a limited release series of rotating spirits that pay tribute to the historic distilleries of the fifth tax district. Our second release in the Fifth District Series pays homage to F.M. Head Distillery, which our DSP number 47 is derived from. This expression honors F.M. Head as an exceptional 8-year-old high rye bourbon finished with a secondary toasted barreling. Rattle and Snap – the forgotten Southern game of chance. More than a few fortunes were won and lost on this risky Southern diversion. So, when it comes to making whiskey, when it comes to taking risks, and when it comes to boldly doing things our own way, you could say we were born into it. Also Try their Gins. Dry Gin - Our essential gin is a unique offering from the Kentucky hills of Nelson County, with a delicate balance of distinctly complementary botanicals. We've married watermelon rind with zests of orange and lemon for a bright and fresh flavor-creating the perfect gin for all seasons and palates. Sip it slowly and neat or dress it up in a cocktail. This palate pleaser possesses an air of refinement. This is the best liquor store in Hendersonville. They are large and have a large variety of all liquors. Staff are friendly and helpful. My go-to store.

This is a definite GO-TO place, hospitality was great when we were there they were giving samples of a local brand Dickel, the lady was very knowledgeable of the products, after getting over the happiness of free shots when walking in we shopped the aisles, they had everything we wanted and more, probably return for some whiskey's I'd never seen in SoCal.
